Bathysphere by Phineas X. Jones - $22

In 1933 a bathysphere expedition intended to break the world record for ocean descent was lost under mysterious circumstances. The cause of the disaster was never determined and no three-toed sloth was ever put in command of a bathysphere again.

How Easily They Fly Away by Tara McPherson - $350

This is the 1st new Tara McPherson print I’ve seen for sale in awhile. It’s rather large at 22″ x 18″ and is limited to just 100 editions. Jonathan Levine Gallery only has 10 of them for sale at $350 each. You can purchase it here.

In With the New by Danny Roberts - $20

I discovered the art of Danny Roberts yesterday, which is all extremely impressive. This one is probably my favorite. It’s called “In With the New” and is for sale as a print for only $20. The print is 13″ x 19″ and is available with a white or black border. You can see all of his art and purchase prints from his website.

Centralassic Park by Casey Weldon - $20

I just noticed that Casey Weldon is selling prints of most of his art. This particular one is called “Centralassic Park” and is 11″ x 14″ in size and is only $20. He has a lot of great art. I highly suggest browsing through his paintings.

Bloodline by Jonathan Weiner - $250

Jonathan Weiner has released a bunch of new prints over at his store. The one pictured above is probably my favorite. It’s titled “Bloodline” and is 18.5″ x 24″. It’s limited to just 50 editions. As Blue As My Soul Will Go by Scott Belcastro - $75

This print by Scott Belcastro is just gorgeous. It’s 12″ x 12″ in size and is limited to just 25 editions. I saw this on My Love For You Is a Stampede of Horses, which is a great art blog. Highly recommended.

Pac Man Set 2 by Scott Campbell - $65

Gallery 1988 has a new set of Pac Man prints from Scott Campbell that are cool. They are 2.75″ x 2.75″ in size and limited to 100 editions each. You have to actually call the gallery to order these. The number is on their website.

Vegetimals by Kim Smith - $90.00 CAD ($92.36~ USD)

This is the cutest print I’ve seen in awhile. It’s by Kim Smith and is 11.5″ x 11.5″ in size. They mention on the page that it fits nicely into a standard IKEA mat and frame, so that’s a plus considering how expensive custom framing is. There’s a bunch of other cute little critter prints at the UpperCase Gallery.

Island by Nathan Abels - $25

The print of the week from Tiny Showcase is this cool one titled “Island” by Nathan Abels. I love the simplicity of it. It goes on sale tonight(May 20th) at 7:30 EDT.

.dance. by Tatiana Krasovski - $30

This beautiful print by Tatiana Krasovski named “.dance.” goes on sale tomorrow(Maybe 20th) at 9am PST. It’s limited to just 67 editions and is $30. She also has a ‘white dress’ variant that is limited to just 3 editions and is $100. You can view the white dress variant here.

Key by Tiffany Bozic - $150

I recently discovered Tiffany Bozic’s art thanks to the cool art blog My Love for You is a Stampede of Horses. I noticed she has the above print for sale on her website. The print is 27″ x 15″ and is limited to 150 editions.

Shared Memory: Pollinators by Dan McCarthy - $35

The May Print of the Month from Dan McCarthy is up. It’s called “Shared Memory: Pollinators” and is 25″ x 19″ in size. Dinosaurs are cool.

Peter van Straten is an amazing artist who I’ve wanted to post about for awhile now. I’ve always been a huge fan of the surreal, and his art is some of the best. All of his paintings are available as signed limited edition giclee prints. I’m not sure of the price or the dimensions though. Dan McCarthy has released his April print of the month, and as always it’s beautiful. It’s called “While You Were Sleeping” and like all of Dan’s prints it’s relatively large at 25″ x 18″ and cheap($35).
